Hire Resolve is recruiting an experienced GES (Crushing and Screening) professional for a mining client in Postmasburg, Northern Cape. 👉 You will lead engineering maintenance operations to keep crushing and screening equipment running safely and efficiently. 🎯 Key Responsibilities ⚙️ Manage maintenance activities for crushing & screening plants 👷 Lead artisans, technicians & contractors 🛠️ Implement preventative and breakdown maintenance plans 📊 Analyse equipment failures and improve reliability 💰 Manage engineering budgets and resources 🦺 Ensure SHEQ compliance and strong safety culture 📅 Coordinate shutdowns, projects and contractors 📝 Maintain maintenance records and reports 💰 Salary: Negotiable 📅 Closing Date: 24 April 2026

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
N6 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical Trade Test Certificate
10 years crushing & screening plant maintenance experience
5 years Supervisor / Foreman experience in mining
Contract / Project Management advantageous
