RCL Foods is hiring an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance in its milling division. This role focuses on ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
š Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electricians and technicians
Plan and manage maintenance activities
Maintain MV & LV electrical systems
Support PLCs, automation, and control systems
Manage breakdowns and preventive maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety (OHS), GMP & HACCP standards
Conduct root cause analysis and reporting

Requirements
- Trade Tested Electrician / Millwright
- N6 Diploma
- Knowledge of SANS 10142
- 5+ years FMCG / factory experience (including supervision)
- Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, generators, PLCs
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
