Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) 2–3 years’ experience in a fresh foods / produce retail environment Experience in managing stock, shrinkage, and quality in produce Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Competencies Strong commercial awareness and results orientation. Leadership and team management capability. Excellent organisational and stock management skills. Strong attention to quality and detail. Customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
