Minimum requirements • Matric / Grade 12 • NQF 2 Bakery learnership • 1-2 years' experience as a baker Competencies • Attention to Detail • Focuses on completeness and accuracy of the task. • Conscientious (By the Book) • Works according to rules and regulations • Customer orientated • Sees any situation through the eyes of the customer and responds positively • Works comfortably with established routines and procedures • Thorough and accurate • Completes tasks fully to high standards of quality in a precise and accurate • manners Key responsibilities • Prepare and bake products • Merchandise and display products according to laid down standards • Maintain hygiene, housekeeping and safety working standards (floor and back-up area)  • Adhere to and maintain security procedures • Operate and clean equipment according to laid down standards  • Maintain equipment e.g. report defective machinery/utensils to the Bakery Manager  • Complete relevant administration documentation e.g. production sheets and customer orders. • Completes tasks fully to high standards If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
