Job Description
We are seeking results driven Lean Six Sigma Consultant to lead process improvement initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DFSS) to identify improvement opportunities, reduce waste, and enhance quality across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC methodology
• Identify process inefficiencies, analyze data, and implement sustainable improvements
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach and mentor Green Belts and project teams
• Ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with business goals and targets
Requirements:
• Proven experience in process improvement, operations, or consulting roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
• Expertise in tools such as Minitab, Excel, or other statistical software
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams
Qualifications
Minimum 8 year's experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred (Green Belt with strong experience may be considered)
• Experience in Insurance industry
• Project management experience
• Exposure to BPR/automation/digital transformation initiatives
