This role is ideal for candidates interested in data analytics, automation, and enterprise system integration, with strong growth potential into a senior position. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Systems & Documentation Document and maintain IT systems and processes Manage system documentation using tools like ITGlue and SharePoint Reporting & Analytics Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Qlik Sense Support data-driven decision-making Automation & Applications Develop workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate Assist with SharePoint customization Integrations & Development Support integrations across ERP, POS, and eCommerce systems Work with APIs, SQL queries, and payment systems Project Support Assist with system rollouts, testing, and training Support change management initiatives 🧠 Key Skills Data analysis and reporting System integration and automation Communication and stakeholder engagement Ability to manage multiple projects 🧭 Working Conditions Standby support (evenings and weekends) Two Saturdays per month (scheduled) Travel required across South Africa and neighbouring countries
