Clover is looking for a Team Leader: Distribution to manage delivery teams, oversee route planning, and ensure efficient and cost-effective product distribution.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise delivery teams
Plan, dispatch, and monitor delivery routes
Handle customer queries and complaints
Ensure safety and housekeeping standards
Perform truck audits and report issues
Monitor driver compliance and route tracking
Ensure POD (Proof of Delivery) is submitted within 24 hours

Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
- Experience with route control systems (DRM, Mix Telematics)
- Supervisory experience (advantage)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends & overtime
