Requirements

3+ years IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with:
Windows Server & client OS
Microsoft Exchange
Active Directory
Microsoft Office
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)
Good communication skills
Driver’s license
🎓 Education & Certifications
Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Science (preferred)
Certifications (advantage):
CompTIA A+ / Network+
MCSE
CCNA
