ADvTECH’s Abbotts High School is looking for a Head of Student Behaviour and Wellbeing (Pastoral Care) to join its management team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide leadership in student wellbeing, discipline, and pastoral care while supporting the school's academic and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Student Welfare & Discipline •Implement and maintain the school Code of Conduct •Manage student discipline and behaviour programs •Develop student leadership initiatives School Management •Serve as a member of the school management team •Coordinate academic and timetabling programmes •Lead projects and school development initiatives Parent & Community Engagement •Conduct parent meetings and address parental concerns •Coordinate outreach programmes and school events •Administration & Operations Support marketing, PR, and advertising initiatives •Manage financial control and school events •Drive innovation and research initiatives within the school
