Virgin Active South Africa (Pty) Ltd is hiring a Mobile Engineer to build and scale their mobile app across multiple countries. 👉 You’ll work on Android & iOS apps using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) to deliver high-quality user experiences. 🧠 Key Responsibilities 📱 Develop mobile app features (Android & iOS) ⚙️ Build shared code using Kotlin Multiplatform 🔗 Integrate APIs & backend services 🧪 Write clean, testable code & unit tests 🚀 Support app releases & CI/CD processes 🐞 Debug issues and improve performance 🤝 Collaborate with product, QA & backend teams 📅 Closing Date: 15 April 2026

Requirements

Qualification:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
• 3+ years software development
• Strong mobile app development experience
Must have:
• Kotlin / mobile development skills
• API integration experience
• Understanding of mobile architecture
Advantage:
• Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• CI/CD & testing experience
• Android + iOS exposure
