Process Engineer

Job Overview iqbusiness is looking for experienced Process Engineers to join their consulting team on a contract basis. This role focuses on improving business operations by: ✔ Analysing workflows ✔ Designing better processes ✔ Delivering measurable efficiency improvements 👉 Ideal for professionals in business process optimisation, consulting, or operations 🧠 Key Responsibilities Analyse and map current processes (“as-is”) Design improved workflows (“to-be” models) Conduct stakeholder workshops & interviews Identify: Bottlenecks Inefficiencies Process risks Apply improvement techniques: Lean Value stream mapping Root-cause analysis Define KPIs and performance measures Prepare documentation for implementation Work with tech teams to align systems with processes Support training and business adoption 🔧 Core Skills Process modelling (BPMN preferred) Workflow analysis & optimisation Stakeholder engagement Business writing & documentation 📊 Technical Knowledge Lean / Continuous Improvement Process mapping tools (e.g. ARIS) JIRA / Confluence (advantageous) Understanding of system-process integration 📅 Closing Date 30 April 2026
