About the role
Kia South Africa (Motus Corporation) is hiring a Parts Sales Executive to manage parts sales, customer service, and inventory processes. This role involves both counter sales and telesales, as well as building relationships with customers. 🧾 Key Responsibilities 💰 Sales & Customer Service Assist customers with parts purchases Provide accurate quotes and upsell products Maintain strong customer relationships 📦 Inventory & Stock Control Identify parts using catalogues and systems Ensure correct stock handling and documentation Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies 📞 Sales Development Conduct telesales and cold calling Visit new and existing customers Open and manage customer accounts 📊 Administration & Compliance Process transactions accurately Follow company policies and procedures Maintain proper records and documentation
Requirements
