🗓️Closing Date 29 April 2026 Al Baraka Bank is seeking a Transactional Banking Administration Assistant to support client onboarding, account administration, and electronic banking services. This role is focused on banking operations, documentation, compliance, and client support within the transactional banking environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Client Support & Onboarding Assist with onboarding new corporate and business clients Activate debit cards and electronic banking services Prepare client welcome packs Administration & Documentation Process and verify banking documentation Ensure compliance with internal banking procedures Update client information on banking systems (IMAL) Banking Operations Monitor transactional activity on accounts Manage dormant accounts and annual reviews (ODD/EDD) Assist with electronic banking requests (statements, letters, etc.) Reporting & Coordination Prepare business activity schedules Assist with executive reports and memos Maintain SharePoint reports and system updates 🧠 Skills & Knowledge Understanding of banking systems MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail Good administrative and organisational skills Client service orientation ⚠️ Additional Information Equal opportunity employer Preference given to previously disadvantaged groups and people with disabilities
