This role focuses on quality systems, process improvement, and compliance with customer and industry standards. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain quality management systems Monitor and report on product quality performance Analyse defects and implement corrective actions Conduct testing and measurements on automotive components Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment Perform process and product audits Drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with production teams to improve quality outcomes Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and customer standards 🧠 Technical Skills Quality tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred) Root cause analysis and problem-solving Knowledge of ISO standards and internal auditing Lean Manufacturing principles Understanding of robotic assembly processes (steel & aluminium components) 🧩 Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and quality focus Ability to work under pressure Effective communication and teamwork Problem-solving and analytical thinking Leadership and accountability
