We have an exciting manufacturing internship opportunity at our plant in Spartan, Johannesburg. We are looking for interns who can work on a full-time basis and who will be given the necessary tools and support to build their capabilities in a world-class manufacturing environment. The main focus of this internship is to develop successful candidates toward qualifying as Production Technicians. Successful completion of the internship program may provide an opportunity to be considered for full-time employment. Key Responsibilities Production Operations *Operate machinery, load raw materials, and monitor the production process. *Ensure daily production targets are met. *Maintain quality output throughout the production process. Maintenance and Breakdown Support *Perform daily machine and area maintenance. *Record and communicate machine and area breakdowns promptly. *Support the smooth running of production equipment and work areas. Health, Safety, and Compliance *Follow all health and safety requirements in the manufacturing environment. *Work safely and responsibly at all times. *Support a clean, organized, and compliant production area. Additional Information This internship is based at the Spartan plant in Johannesburg and requires full-time attendance. Candidates must be prepared to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, as part of the production schedule.
