About the role
🗓️Closing Date: 07 May 2026 Weaver Fintech Ltd is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure for PayJustNow. This role combines DevOps, FinOps (cloud cost optimisation), and SecOps (security operations) to improve automation, system reliability, and cloud efficiency. You will work closely with engineering, security, and finance teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and cost-optimised systems. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines Automate infrastructure using Terraform / AWS CDK / CloudFormation Manage cloud performance, scalability, and reliability Implement monitoring, logging, and system observability Support cloud cost tracking and optimisation (FinOps) Assist with budgeting and cloud spend forecasting Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps) Run vulnerability scans and support patch management Apply IAM, encryption, and cloud security best practices Support incident response processes 💡 Nice to Have AWS Certifications FinOps experience or tooling exposure SOC2 / PCI-DSS environment experience Event-driven architecture knowledge Interest in cloud security & compliance

- 5+ years DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering experience
- Strong AWS experience
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / AWS CDK / CloudFormation)
- Scripting (Python / Bash)
- Basic Kubernetes knowledge
