This role involves planned, preventative, and emergency maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility systems. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance tasks based on job cards/work orders Diagnose and repair equipment faults Conduct minor electrical and plumbing repairs Perform basic air-conditioning inspections and repairs Carry out building maintenance (doors, locks, windows, painting, flooring) Assist with furniture installation and office moves Inspect fire safety and access control equipment Support artisans with major repairs Provide regular feedback on maintenance activities 🧠 Technical Skills Basic electrical and mechanical maintenance Plumbing and HVAC fundamentals Use of hand tools and maintenance equipment Knowledge of OHS Act and ISO 9001 standards 🧩 Key Competencies Problem-solving and analytical thinking Attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure Teamwork and relationship building Proactive and self-motivated
