Key Responsibilities * Process customer purchases and payments accurately. * Handle cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and loyalty rewards transactions. * Deliver professional customer service. * Assist customers with store and product enquiries. * Process authorised refunds and exchanges. * Ensure compliance with cash handling and security procedures. * Promote current store specials and promotions. * Monitor and report suspicious activities. * Maintain till accuracy and prevent fraud risks. * Support stock and merchandise-related customer queries. Minimum Requirements Essential ✅ Grade 12 (Matric) ✅ Minimum 6 months cashier or till operating experience ✅ Computer literate (MS Office) ✅ Sound numerical skills ✅ Strong command of the English language ✅ Basic customer service skills ✅ Willing and able to work retail hours Preferred Requirements * Additional South African language proficiency. * Previous retail experience will be advantageous.
