Key Responsibilities * Provide desktop and laptop support (HP & Dell) * Support Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 * Manage Microsoft Intune devices * Support Android and iOS mobile devices * Troubleshoot Konica and Lexmark printers * Manage site servers and provide technical support * Maintain IT asset inventory * Support access control systems * Monitor and manage WAN and LAN networks * Liaise with suppliers and assist with IT procurement * Produce monitoring and performance reports * Travel to various company sites as required Minimum Requirements * Grade 12 (Matric) * Microsoft MS-900 Certification * CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) * CompTIA Network+ * Minimum **3 years' IT support experience** * Experience in customer service environments * Knowledge of WAN and LAN networking * SLA and contract management experience * Broad IT technical knowledge Skills & Competencies * Strong Windows 11 knowledge * Microsoft Office 365 experience * Android and iOS support skills * Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) * Firewall and VPN fundamentals * Strong troubleshooting ability * Excellent communication skills * Customer-focused mindset * Good documentation and time management skills * Ability to work independently and within a team * Available for 24/7 support when required Closing Date:17 July 2026
