This Agriculture TVET Graduate / Internship programme is designed to provide Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experience and develop core skills in agricultural administration and poultry production support functions. The successful candidate will assist various Agri Admin Department team members with administrative and operational tasks under supervision to gain valuable industry experience. Key Responsibilities: •Feed invoices processing (GOB) •Feed forecasting and outstanding invoices tracking •DOC orders and shaving orders •Feed and veterinary orders (Envirocare, SMT, etc.) •Veterinary store and medication orders •Veterinary submissions and courier coordination •Hygiene swap registers and compliance tracking •Logistics and general orders processing •Laboratory test registers •FSSC system support and meeting documentation •Health declarations and biosecurity records •Boot swab, water, hygiene swab and serology results tracking •ISO Pro and Avihance system data handling •Document control and CID reporting •Any additional duties assigned by management Skills Required: •Strong computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems •Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) •Strong attention to detail and analytical ability •Good organisational and time management skills •Ability to work independently and in a team •Ability to handle confidential information •Strong interpersonal skills •Ability to meet deadlines and report progress •Adaptability and willingness to learn
